I’m back on Team Healthy Eating, and I’d like to share a lovely vegan smoothie with you all. But first, story time.
Yesterday morning I was working on my laptop, tea on my desk, as usual. Somehow I managed to knock my mug and spilled over half of my steaming hot tea all over my laptop. Needless to say, it went gaga. So now I’m stuck, without a laptop for a while. It’s in repair and going to cost me an arm and a leg (and possibly a vital organ like my liver). My hard drive is intact so at least I can recover my data. I had some blog posts in the works, and even a vlog! Oh well. Fingers crossed that it makes it through.
Onto the smoothie…
I wanna go vegan for a while. I started three days ago and cheated today. I had ice cream and I’m so disappointed in myself. But we’ll start over. Most of my diet is vegan anyway, because I don’t like milk and eggs too much. Cheese on the other hand…

For this berry and banana smoothie, I used 3 strawberries, a handful of frozen blueberries, 1 banana, some ice and 150 ml of soy milk. Blend, and voila! So yummy, filling and most importantly (for me), VEGAN!
