I attended a friend’s birthday dinner a couple of weeks ago, and I’m only getting around to posting about it now. I don’t know why I always seem to post things so late these days. Now, I would make this a restaurant review, but that takes a lot of time to put together, so we’ll just do a pictorial instead, cool?
The restaurant was “Buena Vista Social Cafe” in Green Point, Cape Town. It is a Cuban cafe whose prices are very student friendly, and their menu had quite a variety. Oh, and hot waiters! 🙂
The birthday girl was Wakanyi; she’s such a beauty, inside and out. She is also far from short. So ‘shawty’ here actually means just that: SHAWTY. not “SHORTY”, y’know? 😛
I am currently in Nairobi for the spring break. You can be sure that that will be getting a post of its own soon. I am so happy to be with my family. I needed it.
